Who can I contact regarding my order?
If there are any problems with your order you can contact the phone number. Please note orders will only be subject to cancellation if they have not left the shop. We are unable to cancel an order that has been processed and sent; or accept returns of medication.
How will my order be delivered?
All orders will be sent with the last post of the day, each item will be posted recorded delivery and requires a signature on delivery.
Can I speak to a doctor?
If our dedicated GP needs to talk to you over the phone they will contact you. At this moment, we do not have the facilities for telecommunications with our GP.
Do I need to fill in the questionnaire?
Yes you do. If the questionnaire is not completed the Prescriber will not have a full overview of your situation and as such cannot write the prescription for you.
What happens if the Doctor will not write a prescription for me?
If, for whatever reason, the Prescriber will not write a prescription for you, we will contact you about your order. It might be that the Prescriber wants to ask a few more questions before they will write a prescription. If the Prescriber finds that the item you have ordered is unsuitable and declines your request, we will contact you and give you a full refund.
Do you accept veterinary scripts?
Unfortunately we currently do not have the facility to accept veterinary scripts at this time.
Do I need to post the original prescription or can I send a copy?
We do not accept copies of prescriptions. We will need the original prescription before we can dispense any medication.
Can I use my prescription from my GP instead of using the Online Doctor?
Yes, we are able to accept GP prescriptions from Scotland. These prescriptions can be posted for free using this address:

Can I order by fax or by telephone?
Unfortunately we do not accept orders through fax or by telephone. Orders can only be placed through the website.
Can I order repeat prescriptions?
