Complaints

Toll Pharmacy has a written complaints policy and procedure. We aim to respond to all formal written complaints within 5 working days of receiving them.

To lodge a formal complaint, please send an e-mail to complaints@tollpharmacy.com.
Anyone who is unhappy with the response and efforts the team has made towards their complaint should contact the General Pharmaceutical Council.
